Mosel Fine Wines (95 points):
"This wine was made from selections harvested at 95° Oechsle in the former Class I Roterd sector of the Dhroner Hofberg. It provides a gorgeous nose of pineapple, apricot and exotic fruits. The wine proves stunningly elegant on the palate with the grand level of finesse and elegance of highend auction bottles. The finish is complex, deep and delicately creamy yet, at the same time, nicely racy. It only needs some bottle age to integrate the touch of residual sugar in the after-taste. This stunningly elegant effort is a must-buy for any lover of great Auslese. 2026-2041."
James Suckling (95 points):
"A wild cocktail of smoke, nectarine and wild herbs on the nose. However, even that doesn't prepare you for the intensity and ripeness on the palate, nor the tidal wave of acidity that surges through on the finish. A great auslese that is only slightly sweet."
