"The 2014 Organic is a blend of Monastrell with 40% Syrah from a very dry year fermented in stainless steel vats and matured in 500-liter French oak barrels for six months. The nose shows the classical notes of ripe Mediterranean Monastrell, aromas of prunes, figs and tree bark with a hint of pollen and honey and some spiciness from the oak. The palate is juicy with round, glossy tannins and a fruit-driven finish."
