Vin beskrivelse
Parker: "The 2009 Le Crock is the finest wine I have tasted from this vineyard"
Wine Enthusiast 93 points
James Suckling 92 points
Wine Spectator 91 points

Wine Spectator (91 points):
"This is ripe, with a succulent core of braised fig and crushed plum framed by tangier iron and savory herb notes, which stay defined through the nicely racy finish. Not big, but persistent and focused. Best from 2013 through 2023"

Wine Enthusiast (93 points):
"A wine obviously for aging, with its severe tannins and very mineral character. It is dark, brooding, solidly ripe and powerful, with a great waft of final juiciness."

James Suckling (92 points):
"Rich and juicy red, with tobacco, coffee and ripe fruit. Full and juicy. From the producers of Leoville Poyferre. Best after 2017."

Robert Parker's Wine Advocate (90-92 points):
"The 2009 Le Crock is the finest wine I have tasted from this vineyard owned by the Cuvelier family. A blend of 52% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, and the rest Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot, the 2009 displays an inky/purple color in addition to an opulent nose of black and blue fruits intermixed with licorice, crushed rocks, and flowers. Fat, plush, and fleshy, with terrific fruit purity and a long, layered finish, this sleeper of the vintage can be enjoyed over the next 15+ years."
