Stephan Robert: 100% Viognier. Vineyard exchange with Stéphane Montez (Domaine du Monteillet) in the Chanson lieu-dit. This wine is vinified and aged like our Saint-Péray, resulting in a Condrieu with fresh notes. Limited production, only 2 barrels of this cuvée. 8 months in oak barrels.

"Citrus peel and citrus bitters with an appealing sense of freshness, sappy acidity, concentration and length. The oak is quite forthright, but it shapes the wine well and accentuates the wine's salinity. Focused and a good option for the dinner table. Aged in used barrels."
