"The 2020 Corton Grand Cru is de-stemmed and sees 25% new oak. It has a well-defined bouquet with redcurrant and cranberry fruit, quite focused and poised. The palate is medium-bodied with a sapid entry, a little sinew here with a slight lactic finish at the moment. Fine, though it needs just a tad more tension."
Burghound (90-93 points):
"Ripe and quite pretty aromas of plum, black raspberry, cherry and warm earth introduce rich, suave and caressing big-bodied flavors tighten up on the dusty, lingering and slightly warm finale. This should repay 12 to 15 years of aging though it's not so tightly wound that it couldn't be approached after 6 to 8 years."
