"The 2024 Riesling Thörnicher Ritsch Auslese was made with around 40% botrytis-affected fruit that is not shriveled yet. A slight reduction mixes with passion fruit on the nose. The palate is exquisitely pure and full of peachiness. It is rounded and smooth, but on light feet, with beautiful stone fruit pervaded by the smoothest, most lemony freshness. The 2024 is absolutely elegant."
