"The 2018 Extra Brut Rosé de Saignée is a wild, exotic wine. Pinot Noir takes the lead, and that comes through in the wine's textural depth and flavor profile. Wild red cherry, game, licorice, tobacco, incense, dried flowers and blood orange are beautifully amplified. This heady, resonant Rosé is very much a wine for the dinner table. I loved it. Dosage is 4.5 grams per liter."
