"A brilliant medium yellow hue, the 2016 Champagne Blanc de Blancs Millesime is exceptional, especially when tasted from magnum. Crystaline and bright, it offers notes of smoky, stony earth, with lime zest, crisp green apples, fresh pastry, and chalky earth. It has even more electricity and energy on the palate, with medium body. It boasts laser-like focus and zesty freshness and should only improve over the next 15 or more years. It was aged for 66 months on the lees and comes from the plots of Alouettes, Ruelles, and Montmedy. It has an 8 gram per liter dosage, but you wouldn't notice it, as its bright acidity soars across the palate. Drink 2025-2045."
