"Gorgeous as well now from bottle, with a lighter medium ruby hue, the 2023 Definitely Red (100% Grenache) offers fabulous peppery herbs and flowers in a style that shows Andreas's pure, focused approach, yet with the beautifully layered, textured character of the vintage. It has medium-bodied richness with a pure, round, yet focused mouthfeel that will benefit from a few years of bottle age and can be enjoyed over the following decade. As with the 2024, this comes from sandy soils and wasn’t destemmed, with the élevage spanning 18 months in larger barrels. Drink 2027-2037."
