Vin beskrivelse

Denne saftige, sprøde og lækre hvidvin er fremstillet på basis af 100% Albariño fra ca. 15 år gamle vinstokke der står i området Godos, der ligger i ca. 750 m højde syd-vest for vingården. Gæring og vinifikation er foregået på rustfri ståltanke for at bevare vinens fine frugt og friskhed. Vinen har ligget 6 måneder "sur lie" inden tapning.
