Denne saftige, sprøde, dybe og lækre hvidvin er fremstillet på basis af 100% Albariño fra ca. 30 år gamle vinstokke fra de bedste granitdominerede sydvendte parceller. Gæring og vinifikation er foregået på rustfri ståltanke for at bevare vinens fine frugt og friskhed. Vinen har ligget 6 måneder "sur lie" inden tapning. Pedralonga regnes som vingårdens Albariño flagskib.
