"The 2024 Hofberg GG is a bone-dry wine fermented in Fuder with fruit picked on 55 to 60-year-old vines situated in classical parts on the main hill of the vineyard. This wine offers a great nose of starfruit, prune, pear, and smoky elements. It is ultra-precise on the palate and leaves a superbly fresh feel of fruits and minerals in the finish. The balance is simply remarkable with just a touch of tartness in need of integration. This is a superb dry Riesling in the making! 2034-2044."
