"The 2024 Hofberg Spätlese was made from fruit harvested at 86° Oechsle on the main hill and was fermented down to sweet levels of residual sugar (75 g/l). This offers a beautiful nose made of peach, prune, brown sugar, a touch of cream, and fine spices. The wine proves beautifully balanced and subtly zesty on the palate and leaves a nice fresh feel in the long finish. 2034-2054."
