"A beautiful, classic wine in the vintage, the 2025 Châteauneuf Du Pape Blanc is equal parts of six white varieties raised in stainless steel on the lees. Poached pear, honeysuckle, and blanched almond all emerge from the glass. Medium-bodied on the palate, it has a pure, focused, elegant mouthfeel, integrated acidity, and a great finish. It's a beautiful, layered white that will shine over the coming decade or more. Drink 2026-2036."
