Vin beskrivelse

Cuvée Tradition er fremstillet på basis af 60 % Grenache, 30% Syrah og 10% Mourvèdre fra parceller på plateauet Fargueirol, hvor undergrunden er domineret af de store rullesten, Galets Roulés. Efter endt vinifikation er vinen lagret 12 måneder på store egetræs foudre og demimuids (ca 500 l egetræsfade). Vinen filtreres kun let ifm tapningen.
