"All Grenache from very old vines in the pebbly soils of the La Crau lieu-dit and brought up in a single new demi-muid, the 2024 Châteauneuf Du Pape Sanctus boasts a healthy ruby hue as well as brilliant aromatics of black raspberries, orange blossom, pepper, and spicy wood. Medium to full-bodied, pure, seamless, and layered, it has nicely integrated oak, ripe yet present tannins, and a great finish. It's brilliant, but it’s going to need some time."
