"The 2024 Dhroner is a Fuder-fermented wine made from fruit harvested on 45-year-old vines in the middle part (slightly less steep) part of the main hill. It offers a beautiful nose made of pear, citrusy elements, smoke, bergamot, and herbs. The wine proves superbly present and elegant on the palate and leaves a beautiful even if still quite backward feel in the long finish. The aftertaste is nicely persistent and subtly tart. This is a gorgeous wine to enjoy over the coming years made in a light but intense style. 2026-2034."
